Nibbus Combined Care (NCC) was founded on a deep commitment to supporting individuals living with disabilities, a passion for meeting each person exactly where they are, and the expertise to help them move confidently toward their goals.
With more than 20 years of experience, the Executive Director and owner of NCC has dedicated her career to creating therapeutic environments staffed by compassionate professionals who provide residents with stability, dignity, connection, and skilled support. Having helped develop, oversee, and operate multiple programs serving specialty populations across Oregon, NCC’s leadership brings exceptional knowledge and a depth of experience to every service the organization provides.
The NCC team offers hope through person‑centered support delivered within safe, stable, home‑like, licensed residential treatment settings.
